To close the file, a sum of 100 (hundred) euros will be paid to the account : IBAN – BE52 1430 9443 0009 – BIC – GEBABEBB of the ASBL Prix artistiques de la Ville de Verviers. With the mention: name and surname of the candidate/ VIEUXTEMPS-Competition/ year/

The full amount will be refunded in case of administrative refusal.

The full amount will be refunded if the candidate is not selected.

Successful candidates will be notified by email. They will be informed of the order of appearance and the place of the performance.

A copy of the competition rules will be presented to the candidates for approval by means of a signature, for the minor candidates, of the responsible persons.
